Description
Since our opening in 2006, the vision for Shampoo Avenue B has been to blend the neighborhood with the salon experience. Marilyn Rodriguez has been the salon manager from day one. Along with Marilyn, our team of passionate and talented stylists provide a welcoming atmosphere that produces quality results at approachable prices via a 4 tier pricing system. This system allows us to maintain stylists with different experience levels, and accommodate clients with differing budgets. We also promote from within through our apprenticeship program. In 2015 we outgrew our original location and moved to a larger space just a few doors down. In our new home we have been able to add more stylists and grow our client base. So much so, that we are excited to announce that in addition to our East Village location at 14 Avenue B, we will be opening another location in the heart of the West Village, at 10 Downing St. At the new location we will be partnering with one of our senior stylists who started as an assistant in 2015, Joey Fabbricino. We are very much looking forward to the grand opening which will be in late spring 2022.
