Tony founded 22 Pell Hair Salon in 1998. Since then salon as grown to become the gold standard for salons in the Chinatown area. Tony is a classically trained at Vidal Sassoon, and continues to travel to educate and keep current on style trends. He can be seen on Timout Magazine and NY Times as one of the best Chinatown Salons in NYC. Through new, targeted, and innovative education techniques and learning experiences, Tony aims to help raise horizon and fill a growing niche in today’s ever expanding marketplace.
